To secure your booking there is a £25-£100 non-refundable deposit. The amount is dependent on the service.
Important: Please take care when booking your slot, the deposit cannot be transferred for another date or time.
The deposit will be deducted from your balance.
Your balance can be paid via cash or card.
In an event of a no show the remaining balance will be charged, and you will need to clear the balance before booking another appointment.
Your hair must be clean (freshly washed), with NO PRODUCTS or OILS applied (including leave-in conditioners), and fully blow-dried from roots to ends.
Failure to follow these guidelines may impact the final result, and in some cases, we may be unable to provide the service.
There is a £15 charge if your hair needs blow drying.
Synthetic braiding hair can be included for an additional price, please specify in booking notes.
The cost of human hair extensions is not included in our prices.
